Booking Policy

At Limitless Luxuries, we strive to provide the best experience for all of our clients. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness for everyone, we kindly ask you to follow our booking policy:

Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your final service cost.
• Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been paid.

How to Book

• All appointments must be booked through our online scheduling system.
• Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email or text with your details.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to retain your deposit for future use.
• If you cancel within less than 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
• Rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. We allow a 15-minute grace period.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and your deposit forfeited.
• For late arrivals that can still be accommodated, a $10 late fee may be added to your total.

Kids Styles

Kids Styles are designed exclusively for clients aged 13 and under.

No-Shows

• Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
• Clients who no-show may be required to pay the full service price upfront when booking future appointments.

Service Adjustments

• If you need to modify your service selection, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to confirm availability for the requested changes.

Final Payment

• The remaining balance for your service is due at the end of your appointment.
• We accept the following payment methods:
• Cash
• Debit and Credit Cards
• CashApp, PayPal, and Venmo
